Revenue and Collections
Manager
To £60K Basic
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Collections and Revenue Manager
to build a really World Class operation. We're really looking for someone who
can work at a senior level and develop the strategy for Billing/Revenue and
Collections as well someone who's hands on with their team and can proactively
lead from the front. This is both a B-B and B-C operation and as well as
managing the in-house operation, you will also be managing and reviewing
multiple suppliers. Key responsibilities include:
Manage billing, payments and collections processes to achieve business targets
for revenue and cash
Lead the Customer Revenue and Collections operation providing a visible
leadership presence in the Front Line teams to inspire and motivate excellent
performance
Actively review customer complaints and feedback to identify opportunities to
improve customer service
Manage the development and implementation of initiatives to improve customer
satisfaction and achieve world-class service
Create and maintain a succession plan to ensure key employees are developed and
retained
Prepare business cases to obtain approval for process/service improvement
initiatives
Manage third party contractor performance to achieve service and cost targets
In terms of who we are looking for, you will be an experienced Operations
Manager with a background in Collections, Billing and Payments ideally with
both B-B and B-C experience. You'll have managed budgets, delivered improvement
programmes and be an inspiring people manager. You'll have an understanding of
diallers and contact centre technology and be a confident user of the Microsoft
office suite of products. Experience of supplier management is also highly
desirable. A background within the utilities sector would be advantageous but
isn't an essential. Cambridgeshire.
