Our client is a market leader within their sector and provide Financial and
Consultancy Services to their Client base. They're looking for an experienced
b2b Team Manager/Leader with both back and front office experience to join
their Customer Services department to head a team of CSR's in the Corporate
Client Services area. The role holder will be a really exceptional people
manager who will lead by example and develop the potential & ability of the
agents within their team. You will have great communication skills and build
relationships across both the front and back office. We're looking for someone
with a proactive mindset, the role holder will look for opportunities to
develop the overall Customer Experience and will be able to lead and deliver
change programmes/processes. In terms of experience, we're looking for a
talented Team Manager/Leader who has managed a Corporate area that is a mix of
administration, email and telephony. You'll have worked within a b2b operation,
dealing either with Client Corporations or High Net Worth individuals. While
experience within Financial Services would be advantageous, a background of
working in a Compliance driven operation is an essential. Tonbridge and
Malling area.
