Telephone Fundraising
Manager
To £30K Basic + Bonus (£36K OTE)
Our client is an award winning Telephone Fundraising agency with a fantastic
client list including many of the big national UK Charities. Working within a
small senior management team, the role holder will lead their Team Managers to
achieve and exceed targets whilst ensuring a very high quality within all
campaigns. We're looking for someone pretty inspirational with a very positive
approach to team management and personal development. The role holder will also
have a strong eye for detail and quality and will ensure all within their
operational area adhere to company policies and procedures and good practice.
There will be a good amount of client liaison and the role holder will produce
operational reports on a weekly basis.
In terms of who we are looking for, a background in Telephone Fundraising would
be fabulous but is not an essential. What is an essential is management of Team
Managers in an Outbound dialler led environment. If your background isn't
Telephone Fundraising then ideally you'll have experience of working within a
Contact Centre Outsourcer and running multiple campaigns at any one time.
