Our Client is a Digital Services agency, working on behalf of Charities and Not
For Profits to engage with their Supporter base via Social Media and Messaging
Apps. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an organisation whose goal is to
transform the way Charities engage with the public online. Set up at the end of
last year, our Client has an established Client Base and ambitious growth plans
and a leadership team with a strong track record and exceptional contacts
within the Charity sector.
This is a key role in terms of our Client's future growth plans. Working
directly into the Head of Client Services and Managing Director, the role
holder will be both the key contact for Clients as well as the Campaign Lead,
creating and implementing campaigns across multiple channels. Key
responsibilities include the following:

·You will lay the foundations for a digital marketing team that you will
recruit, train and develop as the company grows
·You will be the lead contact for Charity Clients and develop effective digital
marketing strategies which meet their campaign objectives
·You will plan and implement campaigns across multiple online channels to
deliver a quality supporter experience and drive ROI for Clients
·You will create a campaign strategy which you will optimize and report back on
to Clients, looking for innovative ways to boost campaign performance
·You will create post campaign analysis and work closely with the operations
team to develop products further as the organisation grows

In terms of who we are looking for, you'll be an experienced Digital Marketeer,
ideally with management experience or at the very least the confidence to grow
and shape your own team. You will be able to demonstrate a background in
working across Social Channels and have experience of planning and activating
paid campaigns across social media channels including Facebook. You will have a
passion for social media and digital advertising, looking to use these skills
to help raise money for some fantastic causes. Prior experience of working
directly with Clients and managing Client led activity would be advantageous.
The role will involve both development of existing business and new
opportunities and you will need to be a proactive individual with the ability
to put together pitch and marketing materials. I'm looking for a strong and
confident relationship builder who can work both within a team and
autonomously. Experience within the Charity/Fundraising sector would be ideal
but not an out and out essential - however a desire to put to good use
expertise gained elsewhere to raise funds for exceptional causes is. London. |
