Contact Centre Consultant - 3/6 month Contract in South
Africa To £550 a day + Expenses
We're looking for an experienced Contact Centre Operations Consultant with a
strong hands on knowledge of Salesforce to work on the re-engineering of an
under performing campaign split across 2 sites in South Africa. Joining a
project team assembled from on the ground operational management, we're looking
for someone with great change management experience who can lead on the
Salesforce transformation piece as well as contribute operational expertise to
the overall project. In terms of depth of knowledge, we're not looking for a
pure IT specialist but the role holder will need to have a strong grasp of
technology and familiarity with Salesforce. 3-6 month contract, South Africa. |
