Welcome Call/Fundraising Call Centre

Our client is a large and well reputed Fundraising agency with multiple
branches in the UK and a presence internationally. They have built their
success on both quality practices and development and nurturing of their
employee base. Working within their London head office, the role holder will
manage the small Call Centre department delivering Welcome Calls,
Reactivation's and Supporter Care for their Charity client base. The
philosophy of the Voice area is to offer Donors the same level of warm
experience they will have received on sign up and build on that to create truly
committed Supporters.
In terms of who we are looking for - candidates will need to have management
experience within a Service driven outbound operation. Ideally candidates will
come from a similar role or a Telephone Fundraising agency where they will have
managed Welcome Calls amongst other campaigns. However, our client is very open
to considering candidates from a broader Call Centre background within an
outbound Client led operation. We are looking for someone who has led Team
Leads as the role involves development of a new Supervisor. This is a Monday
to Friday role, 11am to 7pm. London. |
