Fraud Team
Manager
To £30K Basic + Great Package
Our Client is a very established Financial Services company and this role sits
within their Credit Card operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an
experienced Team Manager with a background in Fraud to lead and develop a team
of agents within an operation dedicated to delivering an exceptional Customer
Journey.
In terms of responsibilities, the role holder will lead from the front and
proactively manage a team of Fraud agents, ensuring that service levels,
quality targets and KPI's are met. You'll manage day to day activities, assess
risks and help maximise gross profits. You'll ensure attendance and performance
development of your team, working closely into the Operational Manager within
the Fraud operation.
In terms of who we're looking for - you'll be a experienced Team Manager who
has worked in a similar operation. Experience of managing a Fraud team is
essential - ideally this will be within a Credit Card operation but our client
is open to considering a broader Financial Services background. You'll be a
proactive and motivated individual and a strong relationship builder. Bucks. |
