Telephone Fundraising Manager/Call Centre

Our Client is a very well known and respected Charity with a large UK and
International remit. Working directly into the Director of Fundraising, this
role involves the management of an established in-house Telephone Fundraising
team. Working alongside the internal Fundraising teams and alongside outsourced
Telephone Fundraising partners, you will design, lead and manage in-house
Telephone Fundraising campaigns and develop the capacity and productivity of
the operation. Activity is largely warm acquisition with some retention. You
will develop the productivity and performance of the Team Leads and Fundraising
team by focusing on their training and development needs and carrying out
performance reviews. As the Telemarketing expert, you'll work alongside the
outsourced partners and assure activity is compliant and on-brief as well as
work with the internal Individual Giving team to ensure that the potential for
Telephone Fundraising is fully realised.
In terms of who we are looking for, in an ideal world you will have a
background in leading teams of Telephone Fundraisers in a successful and
quality driven compliant operation either in-house or for a Telephone
Fundraising agency. However, we will also consider Call Centre Managers with a
background in managing outbound sales campaigns again in a highly compliant
environment with a genuine interest in working with the Charity sector.
